Congregational Reminders


 Sunday Worship with Holy Communion at 10:00AM in the Sanctuary.
Please have Communion elements (bread and wine or grape juice) ready if you are worshiping at home. Worship will be live streamed on the St. John FB page, as well as on YouTube--St. John Lutheran Abingdon, later in the afternoon.

Spencer and the Wellenhoffer family would like to thank everyone who made his confirmation a special day.  
 
Quilting Group thanks the congregation for all their praise and support for Quilt Sunday.  Please join us in our fellowship and stewardship mission when we return to meeting every Tuesday morning after Labor Day.

St. John is scheduled to volunteer at the Food Pantry the week of June 12th-16th--
please consider giving of your time to this vital service to our community.
Volunteers needed Mon. 6/12 10am-1pm, Tues. 6/13 4-6pm, Fri. 6/16 1-am-1pm
Several regular volunteers are unavailable that week--it would be great to see some new faces from St. John helping out!
